onX, an outdoor digital navigation service, is accepting applications to help fund public recreation access and land stewardship projects across the country. onX has set a goal of securing or improving access to 150,000 acres of land and helping restore or build 150 miles of trails by 2023. This is the first time onX has announced this funding opportunity nationally.
The first application deadline is September 19, 2021, and the second round will close on November 19, 2021. Quarterly rounds will then follow throughout 2022 and 2023.
