First Webinar of 2020 – Access to Safety Training – And How to Know if Your Child Is Ready to Ride an ATV – January 22, 8 PM EST – NOHVCC

NOHVCC continues its free webinar series in 2020. At 8:00 PM Eastern on January 22, Tom Yager, Vice President, Specialty Vehicle Institute of America, will make a presentation titled Access to Safety Training – And How to Know if Your Child is Ready To Ride an ATV.

Webinar summary:

OHV recreation equals family recreation. There are more options than ever to get outdoors and ride with family members both young and not so young. But these options make it imperative that parents make sure that their children are of an appropriate age and maturity level to operate a motorized vehicle. Thankfully the ATV Safety Institute (ASI) has some tools to help parents make informed decisions.

Please join us on January 22. Click here to register.

This is just the first of many webinars NOHVCC will host in 2020. We plan to have about one a month and will cover a diverse range of topics. We are currently working on webinars that will address effective communication with land managers, Trails Move People, event insurance, writing effective comments and more.

If you missed any of our 2019 webinars, recorded versions are available here. Ideally, anyone who has an interest in a particular webinar topic will participate live; however, we understand that is not always possible. As a result, NOHVCC makes recorded versions available to anyone who is registered and logged-in to nohvcc.org.
