COHVCO Draft Agenda-Salida

The agenda will focus on the concepts necessary for the development of sustainable trails and trail partnerships. The intended audience are COHVCO members, OHV enthusiasts, land managers, trail crews, and other OHV stakeholders.

Registered attendees will NOT be required to bring an off-highway vehicle to participate in the field portions of this workshop as all training locations shall be accessible by full-size vehicles. Carpooling and ridesharing will be organized at the end of the classroom sessions. Those who operate an ATV or dirt bike or drive or ride as a passenger in a ROV (side-by-side) during the workshop must wear a helmet, goggles, gloves, long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and over the ankle boots. We encourage those who have access to an OHV to bring their machine and enjoy the many opportunities in the area for exploration and recreation as well as a chance to ride with your fellow training participants.
