Thanks to funding from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife OHV Grant program and outstanding partnerships with local clubs and land managers, COHVCO will be holding multiple workshops to educate and benefit the State’s off-highway vehicle (OHV) enthusiasts, land managers, and other OHV stakeholders. This two-day training will consist of two hands-on field sessions. Field sessions will be held on the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests. Participants will be required to provide their own transportation to the field sessions. Participants will be responsible for bringing their own snacks, drinks, and appropriate clothing for the season and location. Lunch will be provided for participants on both days of the workshop. Trail locations will be accessed by hiking into various spots on the trail. No OHVs will be necessary for this training. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear for extensive hiking.
