Find my state OHV resources:

The National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) is a nonprofit public benefit organization, recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.  Primarily supported by the Motorcycle Industry Council, Specialty Vehicle Institute of America and the Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association, NOHVCC is also supported through partnerships with federal, state, and local agencies, and dedicated individuals who provide gifts to support our mission and activities.

NOHVCC uses donor contributions to support our mission:

NOHVCC, as a national body of OHV recreation enthusiasts, develops and provides a wide spectrum of programs, materials and information, or “tools”, to individuals, clubs, associations and agencies to further a positive future for responsible OHV recreation.

Your contribution will help support development and dissemination of these “tools” through workshops, conferences and other educational activities.  It will also help ensure that NOHVCC continues to promote safe and responsible OHV use, continued and increased access to both public and private lands, proper management of trails and areas and social and environmental sustainability.

Every donation counts!  Click Donate below to make a one-time donation or to set up a recurring monthly donation.

Thank you!

NOHCCC is exempt from Federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and is a public charity under Internal Revenue Code Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(a)(vi). Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Each donor’s circumstances are unique and, as such, you should consult your tax adviser as to the tax impact of your donation.
