Participants in this class will discuss three different leadership characteristics: Autocratic, Democratic and Laissez-Faire and in what circumstances it would be appropriate to apply them. A discussion of different learning styles; Visual, Auditory and Tactile (VAT) and effective teaching strategies in a field environment will occur.
