The National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) will be holding its 2024 Annual Conference, October 17-19th in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The host hotel is Double Tree by Hilton – Park Place, 1500 Park Place Blvd, Minneapolis.

Registration Information
Early Bird registration will open on July 1st, 2024, and will close on August 15th, 2024. Everyone is encouraged to take advantage of this discount pricing. Prices will then increase on August 16th and remain that price until conference kick-off.
Partners and Scholarship Information
Applications for those to apply will be going out on July 9th with a deadline of July 31st. Notification of those selected will be by August 12th, 2024.
Partners and those attending on Scholarship, you are encouraged to contact the NOHVCC office to receive your discount code and notify if you will be traveling and room reservations.
Partners and Scholarship recipients will not be asked to share rooms this year however it is highly encouraged if you would still like to share a room to please let the NOHVCC staff know, and they can arrange to make this happen.
Mobile Workshop Information
This year’s mobile workshop will be held at the Polaris Testing and Research Facility in Wyoming, MN.
Important Safety Information for Mobile Workshop Participants
As with any NOHVCC event that includes operating or riding as a passenger on or in an OHV, all participants must follow NOHVCC’s safety ethic. This means anyone who operates a dirt bike, ATV or ROV, or who rides as a passenger in an ROV, MUST wear all appropriate safety gear. For all vehicles this includes a DOT-compliant helmet, eye protection, long sleeve shirt or jersey, long pants, over-the-ankle boots, and gloves. All gear must be worn at all times while operating any of these vehicles – including while loading and unloading.
Anyone not wearing all appropriate safety gear will be prohibited from participating in the ride. Everyone is encouraged to bring your own gear.
