To fulfill our primary goal of “Creating a Positive Future for Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation” NOHVCC is always in need of some fresh new photographs that illustrate what a wonderful activity we are all involved in. Every year dozens of NOHVCC supporters participate in the Great NOHVCC Photo Contest. There's fun, prizes, and a chance to show off your photo skills, as well as helping us to fill our library with positive OHV images for use in publications, brochures, Power Points, etc.

Since we're in the middle of the riding season, now is the time to work on getting those great shots! You can e-mail them in anytime and we'll get them ready for final judging at the Annual National Conference in March.

Prizes;
The prizes have yet to be determined at this time, but we promise they'll be fun and worth the effort!

Judging;
Judging will take place at the upcoming NOHVCC Annual Conference in March 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia where all attendees will have an opportunity to vote for their favorites. You do not need to be in attendance at the Conference to enter.

How to submit;
We are only accepting electronic entries. Digital photos and high-quality scans of slides or prints are all acceptable. Please send in high-resolution form, but keep entries down to 5 photos per person. We will print up the finalists for final judging by your peers at the Conference. Please send all entries as attachments to stevecasper@msn.com no later than March 1.

* Trail riding     * Scenic (with an OHV somewhere in photo)

* Family activities     * Camping      * Education    

* Fishing and Hunting      * Trail work and Volunteers

* Competition     * Jamborees and Festivals

* OHVs with other trail recreationists     * Land managers

* Diversity (age/gender/ethnicity)     * Funny!

Guidelines; To stay consistent with NOHVCC goals all photographs must strictly adhere to the following requirements:

* All vehicles being ridden, or shown parked, must be on a trail or parking surface.
* All riders shown riding a motorcycle or ATV must be wearing helmets, goggles, gloves, long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and over-the ankle boots.
* All riders shown sitting on or standing next to a motorcycle must be wearing long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and over-the ankle boots. Helmets, goggles, and gloves must be shown and obviously ready to put on.
* Only one rider may be shown on an ATV, parked or being ridden.

Copies of all submitted photographs may be used at the discretion of NOHVCC to illustrate articles, educational and workshop information, and other materials produced by the association. Photo credit will be given to the photographer whenever possible.
