Triva Answer

California flattrack racer Bud Ekins did the jump in one take on a completely stock ’62 Triumph street bike. He went 12-feet high and sailed 65-feet into an uphill landing on a 400 lb. bike with only a couple inches of suspension travel. “It just went bang and then it bounced,” Ekins recalls today.
