Liability Insurance for OHV Trail Systems, Parks, and Non-Competition Events

One of the obstacals which repeatedly comes up, especially for OHV use on private lands, is liability insurance.  To help you tackle this issue, we have devoted this page to some resources.  First, American Whitewater has a page which shows how each State deals with liability.  Their page, may or may not be up-to-date, but it will help you get started in your search.

 

We compiled a list of insurance companies of which our State Partners or Associate State Partners are aware or use for their insurance needs and which have agreed to be published on our website.  The legalese is that NOHVCC is not recommending nor are we affiliated with any of these companies.  The information is listed as has been given to us, but contact information changes all the time.  We just felt the information would be useful to you.
